Dr. Lana W. Jackman

As the Principal of Mélange Information Services, Inc.,  Dr. Jackman has over 28 years of management experience.   Her areas of expertise include information literacy, operations management, program development, client assessment, and college to career advising. Mélange Information Services, Inc. works with corporate and organizational staffs to assess and integrate the most effective “best practices” in terms of workforce development and training.

Having served on several community boards throughout her professional career, Dr. Jackman currently serves as President of the National Forum on Information Literacy. Promoting information literacy as the key 21st century empowerment strategy needed across the kaleidoscope of American society to advance the causes of enhanced academic achievement, competitive advantage, and quality of life is a top priority for the National Forum and its Board of Directors.

Dr. Jackman earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in educational studies from Lesley University. Dr. Jackman has worked with numerous agencies and organizations throughout her career and has held adjunct faculty status at both Lesley University’s School focus is primarily on 21st century workforce skill development i.e. integrating soft skills strategies within the context of the information and communication technology universe. of Education and the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Philip S. Jackman

As an integral member of the Mélange team, Philip brings the full spectrum social media and digital strategy to our clients. As the Director of Social Media and Marketing, Philip strategizes and executes programs that support the diverse training needs of our clients.  Philip’s keen insight into understanding how businesses and organizations utilize online and mobile communications is one of Mélange’s best assets. He knows how to implement the appropriate digital strategies suitable to the client’s organizational profile and culture that ensures success.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut at Storrs, Philip enjoys collaborating with our clients to formulate the most appropriate pathway to integrate 21st century soft skills strategies within the context of their information and communication technology universe.
