Hallelujah, School Is Over…for Now That Is!
Most of you are on semester break, hopefully enjoying this Holiday Season. It’s that time of year to have fun, party, and reconnect with family and friends. 
Once the new year rolls around, you may want to take advantage of the time to think about your challenges and successes of last semester. Whether you aced your finals or barely got by, evaluating how you got this far is often good for the soul, particularly if you plan to return. Ask yourself did you do your very best? If not, how can you do better? Talk to folks you trust and share last semester’s challenges as well as your successes. Listen to their experiences and reconfigure their recommendations to fit your own particular learning and networking style. Sharing with those you love and trust is always helpful in refining as well as enhancing your networking skills and success strategies. Whether you’re in college or have a career, you can always improve your individual techniques and strategies to achieve your college and career goals. So while you’re enjoying that semester or work break, do yourself a favor and also map out your next steps for success. They don’t have to be complicated. As a matter of fact, they can be just baby steps…moving forward is the key. Now that you’ve got a little experience under your belt, begin to make it work for you!
